Bohemian Strings were original created as a casual way to wear precious stones and high quality pearls. They interweave vintage fabrics, primarily from Indian Saris and Japanese Kimonos, but also vintage items sourced from shops in Paris, London and Copenhagen. The range of designs is broad - a result of the wide range of fabrics and stones used. One String might be made from a delicate, rose-colored ballet skirt from the Royal Ballet, another might be from black latex, leather and mink. It is a United Nations of jewellery, an eclectic, inspired and, hopefully, inspirational range for both everyday and formalwear. |
